Annabelle is investigating how we preferentially remember important experiences. Currently she is using new optogenetic tools to manipulate circuitry involved in memory and emotional processing and examining behavioral and electrophysiological effects. Annabelle received her PhD at UCSF in Loren Frank's lab.
